The Maryland Department of Agriculture is a primary agency within the State of Maryland government. The agency's legal authority comes under the Ann​otated Code of Maryland - Title 2 and the Co​de of Maryland Regulations (COMAR)​ - Title XV.

2022 Legislation

Every year during the Legislative Session, the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA) follows many bills that may impact the agency, agriculture, and its constituents​.
